Seasons in the Sun Farm is a small, family-owned farm located in Spanish Fort, Baldwin County, Alabama. We are
committed to producing and providing fresh foods, free of chemicals and preservatives, for our customers. We offer a CSA program
or Community Supported Agriculture. As a CSA Farm, we offer customers a healthy, convenient alternative to purchasing
processed food from grocery stores. Seasons in the Sun follows organic growing guidelines and grows many of our
fruits and vegetables hydroponically in greenhouses as well as field farming.
As a CSA customer, you receive weekly
baskets full of fruits and vegetables, butter, cheeses, eggs, honey, fresh baked bread, fresh cut flowers and more. Other
add-on items such as organic meats and fish can also be purchased. Several locations from Gulf Shores, AL to Gulf
Port, MS are offered for convenient weekly pickup of your basket items.
We take enormous pride in creating our products
and hope that you'll find something that you like. In addition to CSA baskets, we also can create custom orders; call or email
and let us know what you want. We look forward to having you come visit us at the farm.

Seasons in the Sun is a Community Supported Agricultural farm. CSA farmers are dedicated to sustainable
food production. Individuals interested in supporting the local farmer would historically, offer to buy a share
of a farmer's yield. That share covered either the spring or fall growing season. The purchased share was paid up front before
planting. Most shares were for a twelve to fifteen week period and cost between $600 or $1000 depending upon the farmer. This
enabled the farmer to plan ahead, purchase his supplies, and have a guaranteed outlet for his product. Nowadays, CSA farms
don't specifically sell a share of their yield. Instead, our CSA customers receive a weekly basket filled with 6-12 types
of fruits and vegetables, enough for a family of 2 to 6 people, depending on the basket size. Other products we offer
include eggs, breads, flowers, honey and extras depending upon the week. We also have Add Ons when those things
Customers that join a CSA not only receive healthy produce, but find a meaningful
way to reunite with the land, and support the local farming community. It can also be a teaching tool for children to visit
the farm and see how their food is grown or visit with the farm animals. Our farm includes hydroponic and field farming, raised
beds gardens, as well as many farm animals and even a garden center. We love to show children around and tell them all
about what we do here. We are committed to our family and community and hope to get people involved in making healthy food
